*New residents are required to complete the online Resident Registration to secure access to marleypark.net and also to secure an access key fob for community amenities. Your Resident Registration will be approved upon verification of home ownership/rentership. Notification of approval will be sent via email from the MPCA, and may take 1 to 2 business days, unless home ownership/rentership cannot be verified. Upon notification of approval, please contact Devin Arbuckle, 623-806-1525, with the MPCA to schedule your key fob pick up.

Community Construction Update:

In Parcel 12, the following roads will be closed between 149th Avenue and 148th Drive: W Dreyfus St, W Valentine St, W Surrey Dr and W Pershing St for road construction. This work is expected to occur over the next few months.
