New to Marley Park

Welcome to Marley Park – a thoughtfully designed, active, and caring community in the growing City of Surprise that brings to life the best of what communities used to be, today!

Once home to cotton fields and rose gardens, the 950 acres that is now home to Marley Park is living up to its vision as a community with unique neighborhood settings built to foster an active and caring community for residents today and in the future.

Marley Park's walkable, tree-lined streets, abundant neighborhood parks (Parks & Arbor Walk), beautiful community gathering spaces - Heritage Club and Heritage Pool House - and diverse architectural homes invite neighborly engagement.

In addition, Marley Park offers diverse Clubs & Groups for residents with common interests to connect, and also year-round programs and events, including three special annual traditions, for residents to create shared memories together - Star-Spangled Celebration, Homestead Harvest Festival, and Home for the Holidays.

Achieving our shared vision for Marley Park is facilitated by an Arizona nonprofit organization, known as the Marley Park Community Association, Inc. (MPCA). The MPCA is delighted that you have chosen to make your home in Marley Park. Here are a few tips to help you navigate through our distinct community.

1) Connect to community news and activities:

Complete the Resident Registration to register for marleypark.net, a resident-only website that offers up-to-date information about community news and activities.

Also, register for our community's Transaction Site, a resident-only site that offers secure and convenient, online event registrations and facility reservations.

Your online accounts will be approved upon verification of home ownership/rentership.

2) Secure access to community amenities:

The marleypark.net registration process includes a key fob application providing access to our community amenities, the Heritage Club and Heritage Pool House. For details about your key fob, visit: About Your Key fob

3) Connect to your neighborhood leader:

Marley Park has a special group of community leaders, Neighborhood Leaders, who organize our community around our unique neighborhood park identities, and who facilitate neighbor-to-neighbor connections, including welcoming new residents,

To connect with your neighborhood and leader, Find your Neighborhood Park & Leader, then join your Neighborhood Group (from the Clubs & Groups page, search for your Neighborhood Group, and select "Join this Group").

4) Connect to Your Neighbors:

We encourage residents to participate in the marleypark.net Resident Directory, allowing you and other neighbors to engage and connect easily.

5) Connect with the MPCA:

The MPCA invites new residents to set up an appointment with a member of our team by calling our Heritage Club offices at 623-466-8820. We look forward to welcoming you and your family to our community in person.

6) Stay in good standing with the MPCA:

We know that one of your priorities as a new homeowner is knowing when and how to pay your monthly assessments. At closing, your title company should have collected two months advance assessments and remitted to the MPCA, allowing you time to get settled. Upon receipt of your closing documents, the MPCA will begin sending you monthly account statements. For details about secure and convenient opportunities to access your account and to make assessment payments, visit Assessments.

7) Set up your high-speed internet service:

Upon closing, all Marley Park residents automatically become a member of the Telecommunity with immediate access to High Speed Internet provided by Cox Communications. To set up your COX account, please contact Marley Park’s COX representative, Sherry Tocco, at 602-694-1952. Please tell her that you are a new Marley Park resident.

Welcome Home – Welcome to Marley Park!
