About Your Key fob

A benefit to Marley Park residents, key fobs provide access to our community amenities, including the Heritage Club and Heritage Pool House

Each family in good standing with the Marley Park Community Association, Inc.,  is provided one complimentary access key fob.  One additional key fob may be purchased for $25.  Limit two key fobs per household.

Just moved into the community:

Welcome to Marley Park.  To secure a new key fob, please complete the Resident Registration.  This online process requires review and agreement to our community's policies in order to secure a marleypark.net account and to secure an access key fob.  Your Resident Registration will be approved upon verification of home ownership/rentership.*

Notification of approval will be sent via email from the MPCA, and may take 1 to 2 business days.  Upon notification of approval, please contact Amber Nash, 623-466-8827, with the MPCA to schedule your key fob pick up.

*Per Marley Park's governing documents, all home renters are required to submit a copy of their current lease agreement to the MPCA for key fob access.

Need to replace a lost or stolen key fob:

To help protect our community - our residents and our amenities - today and in the future, lost or stolen key fobs must be reported immediately to the MPCA for deactivation.  Replacement key fobs may be purchased for $25 each; limit two per household.

Moving out of Marley Park:

We hate to see you leave, but we need your key fob(s) to stay.  To help protect our community - our residents and our amenities - today and in the future, we ask all home owners and home renters that are moving out of Marley Park to return your key fob(s) to the MPCA.

More questions about your key fob - contact Amber Nash at the MPCA.
