Heritage Pool House

Heritage Pool House

Adjacent to the Marley Park Heritage Club, the Heritage Pool House is a two acre, private recreational facility for all residents to swim, play and relax year-round.

The Pool House includes an indoor multi-purpose room for neighbors to gather for parties and meetings.  The outdoor area includes two pools - a recreational play pool and a fitness pool, and a splash-pad area.  Residents can also cozy up at the outdoor fireplace, enjoy a relaxing afternoon under the shade of the ramadas, play games in the grassy area, or host family and friends in the barbecue area for an impromptu picnic.

The Heritage Pool House is for use by Marley Park residents and their guests only. Unless otherwise approved by the MPCA in advance, each household may bring a maximum of four guests per household, which includes adults and children.

Children under 14 years of age must be escorted by an adult at all times while on the Heritage Pool House’s premises.

Located on North Founders Park Blvd. near the corner of Sweetwater, (13243 North Founders Park Blvd.), the Heritage Pool House is accessible to residents and their guests by key fob only, 5 AM to 10 PM.

Did You Know?

The land that is now home to Marley Park was once home to cotton fields and rose gardens. The Heritage Pool House is a modern architectural tribute to the traditional family barn and swimming pond, an integral part of the family farm – and a compliment to the Heritage Club, a modern interpretation of a farmhouse – in days past.
