Stay in Good Standing with the MPCA

To ensure ongoing access to all that Marley Park has to offer, including our community facilities, programs, and events, it is important for homeowners to stay in good standing with the Marley Park Community Association, Inc. (MPCA).  Assessments are due on the 1st of the month; a $15 late fee will be assessed to payments received after the 15th of the month.

Online Payment


One-Time Payment

Authorize a one-time charge to your credit card or a one-time payment from your designated checking account to pay your monthly assessments. You will need your statement to complete the online form.
Make a One-Time Payment

Recurring Payment

Schedule a recurring payment by credit card or a recurring payment from your designated checking account to pay your monthly assessments. You will need your statement to complete the online form.

Direct Debit

Complete the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Direct Debit Form and mail it with a voided check to the MPCA: 13298 & 13286 N. Founder's Park Blvd., Surprise, AZ 85379. ACH Authorization 

Auto Bill Pay

Set up automated monthly payments from your bank account.  You will need your account number; you will also need the MPCA lockbox address: PO Box 66543, Phoenix, AZ 85082-6543.

Access Your Account
Access you account statements, including details such as payment history, payment confirmation, outstanding balances, etc. You will need your account number and password from the MPCA.

View/email your detailed account statements online 24/7.  You will need the Online Enrollment Number on the bottom, left corner of your statement to complete the enrollment process.

For community emergencies after hours that include incidents at the Heritage Club and Heritage Pool House that threaten loss of property without immediate action, please call 623-692-7638 for our answering service. For all other emergencies, dial 911.
